CBF Print is a dynamic Australian Owned Business with 32 years of experience within the local printing industry. Established in Sydney in 1985 originally producing continuous forms, we now offer a vast range of products and services ranging from general and commercial printing, full mailhouse services including intelligent mailing services, outdoor and indoor displays, signage, labels, food packaging and a full range of personalised promotional products and corporate gifts.Our customer base is diverse and wide ranging, from the small local business through to large corporate companies providing products and services across the world. CBF Print also has a local distribution agent based in Hong Kong that enables us to access products and services direct from Asia for the local market.

CBF Print engages with their clients at the early possible time to assist in the development of their project brief. The philosophy behind this approach is that CBF Print has years of experience in dealing with customers across multiple industries and can often provide useful insights and ideas when clients are developing their brief , enabling the best possible solution for their business.
A CBF staff member will go onsite and document the client’s requirements to be used when researching the best possible solution for our clients.
CBF Print takes the finding from the initial client engagement and commences product research based on our experience and emerging trends to come up with a proposal for our client’s requirements that meets all their goals and objectives. During this time that we also reengage with our clients for approval of the approach, pricing and delivery of samples if required.
3 Design and Production
After approval of our proposal by the client CBF Print will commence a design and production process. The approach we use is to design an overarching project where we engage our client to review the suggested design created by CBF Print based on their requirements that include samples of the products the client can review and sign off for production. Once signed off for production by the client CBF print will manage the production process either in house or externally with one of our production partners.
Once the final product has been produced it is shipped to a CBF Print Warehouse where we conduct a quality assurance process.
4 Quality Assurance and Approval
Once we have received our clients items we then double check the quality to ensure it meets the exact requirements we requested. It’s at this stage there are any concerns or issues about the quality of the product produced CBF Print will advise the client and the production facility to have the items rectified. Once past quality assurance CBF Print will contact the client to approve the release of the items for distribution.
CBF Print works closely with their clients to formulate the best cost effective strategy for the distribution of their products. This can include CBF Print holding stock for call off in our warehouse for our clients or shipping product to end users through local, national or international freight options. CBF Print also provides distribution options through digital media, bulk email and local mail services.
All items distributed by CBF Print are traced from the moment they leave our warehouse till the moment they are signed for by the receiving user. In the event an Item goes missing or arrives damaged CBF Print works closely with the client and freight forwarding partner to rectify the situation in a timely cost effect manner. This can often include shipping replacement stock while we research what exactly happened.
CBF Print takes every step in our process from initial client engagement through to distribution as critical success factors for both us and our clients being successful.
