Our fulfilment services can be broken down into three key categories,

1. Inbound – where we capture you order for you, by telephone through our call centre, through to a custom designed e-commerce web site with secure real-time credit card transactions
2. Processing – Where we invoice, bill or charge, store stock and provide you with detailed reporting
3. Outbound – The final crucial link where your goods are picked, packed and despatched from our secure warehouse and sent to the customer
